About Me

I was born in Crailsheim, Germany.

I studied English and Biology at the University of Heidelberg. In 1999, I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Master of Fine Arts in Film and Video Production.

In 2000 I moved to Los Angeles as a freelance cinematographer. I have been working for Jimmy Kimmel since 2004 filming comedy skits.

Photographer, writer Ben Lifson was my mentor from 2007 until 2013 .
